We have four generations invested in farming and cattle, and our beef manager has sons representing their fifth generation. This is the beef we provide for our families. We simply want to share with you and yours.
Our cows are American Angus Cross and are raised on a diet of wheatgrass and bermuda. To ensure the best possible taste and nutrition, our cows are finished on barley, hay, and corn for 120 days.
We only use processors that we trust to provide the highest quality beef, and our processor works directly with you to provide custom beef cuts to your exact specifications. You can either pick up the finished beef at the processor directly, or delivery is available within the state of Oklahoma for an additional cost.
We take pride in our work, and want you to feel confident that you are getting the best possible beef products.

Meat, raised as organic as possible, always free of hormones and antibiotics, while taking the best possible care of all the animals. God made animals as tools to use and food to be eaten. We try our hardest to make certain they enjoy every minute of their way of life before we use them to help you enjoy yours. One flavor dense forkful at a time.
We are a small family farm, we raise cattle for the sole purpose of beef production and selling directly to the consumer. We started selling beef several years ago in the form of halves and quarters and liked the personal aspect of getting honest reviews and opinions of each animal we sold. Since then we have been steadily upping our game to get to where we are today, producing high choice and sometimes prime cuts of beef and an organic protein that carries so much further than normal store-bought meat at an affordable price. We steady ourselves somewhere in the middle of the market, price wise, but strive to and most often do produce very high end product.
In 2016, Tanner and Eve Tipton were given the opportunity to relocate to the family ranch in Pocasset, OK. The first couple of years were spent restoring the family residence that sits on the home place. The next challenge would be bringing back to life the cattle operation that once existed during the 1980’s, initiated by Hart Wampler.
After great-grandpa Wampler had passed, the land was rented out for many years.
Full of hopes and dreams, today’s journey began with 25 head of Angus cows in 2018. Wanting to help the business succeed, Tanner’s older brother, Dr. Ty Tipton and his wife Jessica, became partners in the ranch. Through the years, the team has been able to build the herd to near full capacity of black Angus cows. They have focused on using Gardiner Angus Genetics, the premier Angus breeder in America. To this day, that is by far one of the most important decisions they have made.
After selling a few sides of beef to different customers, it was evident that this needed to be the next goal. Since then, more focus has been placed on breeding quality cattle that are grass & pasture-raised throughout their life, with the calves being finished out on a high-quality grain for excellent marbling and flavor. It is Tanner and Eve’s hope that everyone can have the confidence to buy beef without the fear of not knowing exactly where it originated.

Here is info Beef description I have been raising livestock for over 40 years. I began selling to the public in 2004. I have spent many hours at farmer's market, Oklahoms Food Coop and delivering beef to 5 health food stores in Okkahoma. With the pandemic and the need for beef in personal freezers, I am concentrating on these families. I have a herd of 85 charlais/angus cross mommas with an angus bull. I do not vaccinate my animals, nor do I use synthetic wormer. My pastures are free of biosludge/humanure, pesticides and herbicides. I use wormwood. garlic, blackwalnut power and dandelion root once a month. This doesn't kill the parasites but it maked the gut a non-hospitable place to stay. I offer grass finished calves and for those that want it grain finished. The grassfinished calves are either still nursing or very recently weaned by mom. The calves are yearlings.

We are a family owned, commercial beef cattle producer in central Oklahoma and have been in operation for over 75 years. Our 1,200 acre ranch is located on the North Canadian River in Yukon, Oklahoma, and is home to almost 300 Angus and Angus-cross cows/calf pairs. Our grass-fed program boasts 10 varieties of grasses and legumes that our cattle use for forage year round, and our grain-finished beef is some of the very best in the region. We invite you to reach out to tour our operation and see the quality of our cattle first-hand.
The current economic conditions have had a huge impact on the food supply chain. We, like other farms, are stepping up to meet the demand for healthy, locally grown beef. We see that most people still prefer buying their meats and produce in small quantities and don't have large freezers to store an entire year's supply of beef. So we are quickly ramping up our business model to be able to sell all of our beef in 18 lb. boxes of assorted cuts, delivered to your door each month!
